Questions

Does this replace SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

No. A trust center presents what you hold. We build and manage the page; certifications and audit reports come only from the relevant bodies and auditors.

What if we don't have a SOC 2 report yet?

The tile shows In Progress or Not Applicable. You still publish your control summaries, policies and legal documents, which answers most of a buyer's first-round questions.

Who approves access requests?

You do, or we do on the managed plan under rules you set (NDA on file, verified company email).
