Who this is for

Small and mid-sized businesses that have grown past ad-hoc IT security and want a complete, documented baseline put in place by one team, in one project, instead of piecemeal tools.

What’s included

  • Kickoff assessment of your current users, devices, cloud tenants and network
  • Endpoint protection (EDR) deployed and tuned across your managed devices
  • Identity hardening: MFA everywhere, admin account clean-up, conditional access baselines
  • Email security: SPF, DKIM and DMARC alignment plus phishing and impersonation filtering
  • Backup and recovery configured for critical data, with a documented restore test
  • Firewall and Wi-Fi configuration review and hardening
  • Core security policy set (acceptable use, access control, incident response, backup)
  • Staff security-awareness kickoff session
  • Handover pack: as-built documentation, admin runbook and a prioritized 12-month roadmap

Are software licenses included?

Implementation labor is included. Ongoing tool licensing is quoted separately and passed through at your chosen tier, or you can keep licenses you already own where they meet the baseline.

Can you keep managing it afterwards?

Yes. After handover you can move onto one of our managed security plans, but there is no obligation.

Is this a certification?

No. Grid Shield implements security controls and documentation. It is not a certification or audit.
