Managed security sized for a small team

Built for businesses running 5 to 10 devices, where a full security programme is overkill but doing nothing is not an option. One named contact who knows your environment, not a rotating ticket queue.

What you get

  • Endpoint protection, managed — next-generation endpoint protection deployed, configured and kept current across your devices.
  • Patch oversight — we track OS and high-risk third-party patch status and tell you what is exposed, prioritised rather than dumped.
  • Email security — filtering review, impersonation and spoofing protections, and monitoring of authentication records for your sending domain.
  • Identity hygiene — MFA coverage checks, privileged account review and dormant account reporting each month.
  • Monthly posture report — where you stand, what changed, and the two or three things worth fixing next.

What the monthly report contains

  1. Endpoint coverage — protected, seen but unprotected, agents unhealthy
  2. Patch exposure — count by severity, oldest unpatched item, what is internet-facing
  3. Identity — MFA coverage, privileged account count, dormant accounts
  4. Email — authentication record status, blocked impersonation attempts
  5. Change since last month, stated plainly: better, worse, or flat
  6. Top three recommendations, with effort and impact rated

What is not included

  • 24/7 staffed monitoring and analyst triage — that is the MDR line.
  • Active containment carried out on your behalf.
  • General IT helpdesk, user support, hardware procurement or licensing administration.
  • Backup ownership. We report on backup posture; we do not operate your backups unless separately scoped.
  • Environments above 10 endpoints — growth past the band moves you to Full Stack, and we will tell you before it becomes a billing question.

Your first 30 days

  1. Day 0–2 — kickoff and asset inventory; we confirm exactly which devices are in scope.
  2. Day 3–7 — endpoint deployment and email security configuration review.
  3. Day 8–14 — patch and identity baseline; we record where you actually are today.
  4. Day 15–21 — first findings walkthrough with a prioritised remediation list.
  5. Day 22–30 — steady state; first monthly posture report.
